Description:

About Us

The Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto is at the centre of one of North America’s largest biomedical research, education and clinical care networks. With 14 fully affiliated research-intensive hospitals — and dozens more community and clinical care sites — Temerty Medicine offers unparalleled opportunities in Canada’s most dynamic city for our more than 9,000 faculty and staff and 7,000 learners at all levels.

Your Opportunity

As Director, Academic Human Resources, you will provide strategic leadership, management, and vision for academic Human Resources services across the Temerty Faculty of Medicine. Serving as a vital bridge between the Faculty and university-wide leadership, you will inspire and mentor a high-performing administrative team who deliver frontline counsel and guidance on academic policies across more than 40 academic and administrative units. Leveraging your operational insights, you will provide strategic support for new initiatives, task forces, and committees, playing an instrumental role in driving timely outcomes for key deliverables. Through this work, you will advance our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, helping to shape the Faculty's long-term strategic vision.
