In this role, you will take on a premier technical architecture, configuration, and solution design capacity, specializing in the implementation, customization, and enhancement of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).

As a Senior Maximo (MAS) Technical Analyst, you will bridge the gap between enterprise asset management (EAM) business processes, system configuration, and complex integration workflows. Operating within a hybrid model in Toronto, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex operational requirements into scalable technical solutions across MAS Manage, Health, Predict, and Asset Condition Management (ACM). This position demands an IBM Maximo technical authority with extensive hands-on experience in Maximo 7.6.1+ through MAS 8.x/9.x, Python/Jython automation scripting, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and environment deployment strategies across the complete delivery lifecycle.

Location: Toronto, ON

Assignment Type: Hybrid (2 to 3 days per week onsite)

Contract Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for 12-month extension)

Advantages
Modern MAS Platform: Hands-on architecture and configuration using IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.x/9.x) across Manage, Health, and Predict modules.

Asset Condition Management (ACM): Direct ownership of condition monitoring, meter groups, and condition-based maintenance triggers.

Advanced Scripting & APIs: Build complex automation scripts in Python/Jython and engineer integrations using MIF and REST/OSLC APIs.

Flexible Hybrid Setup: Structured schedule offering a balanced 2 to 3 days onsite in Toronto with remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements gathering and design workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into technical configuration specifications.

Configure and customize MAS Manage, Predict, and Health modules, covering Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Assets, Locations, Inventory, and Procurement.

Implement and configure Asset Condition Management (ACM), including condition monitoring points, meter groups, and condition-based maintenance (CBM) triggers.

Develop, test, and maintain custom automation scripts using Python and Jython to streamline system behaviors and business rules.

Configure workflows, escalation points, action groups, communication templates, cron tasks, security groups, and role-based access controls.

Design, build, and support enterprise integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and modern REST/OSLC APIs.

Support end-to-end data migration initiatives, including data mapping, legacy extraction, load validation, and reconciliation.

Author detailed technical documentation, system architecture specifications, design workbooks, deployment runbooks, and test scenarios.

Execute unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing cycles.

Package, promote, and deploy configurations and code across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.

Provide go-live cutover support, post-implementation stabilization, and ongoing technical guidance to sustainment teams.

Participate in regular project status meetings, technical walkthroughs, defect triage sessions, and risk mitigation planning.

Qualifications
Core Technical & Maximo Architecture Requirements
Maximo Technical Tenure: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Maximo Technical Analyst or Solution Architect working with IBM Maximo 7.6.1+ and recent MAS 8.x or 9.x platforms.
