Job Title: Shift manager - Fast Food Restaurant Employer details: Wendy's Restaurant Job details: Location: 865 York Mills Rd, ON, North York, ON, M2P 1N6 Work location: On site Salary: 18.00 to 20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend Starts: As soon as possible Vacancies:3 Vacancies Overview: Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting: Food service establishment Responsibilities: Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation. Hire food service staff. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules.
