Your RoleAs Warehouse & Distribution Director, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. 
Your scope includes:
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple distribution centers in Canada and the United States.
Define and execute the warehousing and distribution strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Optimize inbound and outbound logistics flows to improve service, efficiency, and cost performance.
Lead inventory accuracy initiatives, cycle counting programs, and inventory control processes.
Manage multimillion-dollar warehousing budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, customs, and company standards.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and digital solutions.
Oversee warehouse management systems, logistics technologies, and key 3PL/4PL partnerships.
Build and develop a high-performing network of warehouse leaders and managers.
Lead an organization of approximately 10 direct reports while influencing a network of more than 100 employees across functions.

What you bringYou're a natural fit for Warehouse & Distribution Director if you have:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in warehouse management, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master's degree, considered an asset.
Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or Six Sigma Black Belt, considered an asset.
Strong expertise in warehousing operations, distribution networks, and 3PL/4PL environments.
Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations across multiple sites and regions.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management, inventory governance, and cost control.
Experience with warehouse management systems, automation technologies, Power BI, Excel, and Power Platform tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence in a matrix organization.
Fluent English and intermediate to fluent French.
