Job Summary The Business Support Analyst (BSA) III leverages technology and applications to meet organization needs by providing technical support and business solutions for day to day operations and efficient and effective utilization of Intellectual Property Optimization (IPO) applications. The BSA III is responsible for continual evaluation and system improvement, application deployment and training, upgrade coordination, system troubleshooting, and determination of appropriate integration points.
