Job Summary
The Manager of Administrative Operations facilitates and helps deliver key priorities and initiatives within the Office of Community Engagement and Communications (OCEC).
The manager reports to the Vice Presidents of Office of Community Engagement and Communications (OCEC) and works closely with OCEC leadership abilities on strategic initiatives and holistic department planning. The manager tracks objectives, monitors budgets in partnership with portfolio business manager, supervises marketing reporting and governance, and establishes and manages OCEC processes.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and three (3) or more years of significant practice in a fast-paced, high stakes environment. practice must include planning, organizing, and coordination of complex administrative activities.

• Proven capability to manage and prosperously operate within an entrepreneurial and growing marketing communications space
• Proficiency with modern technology
• Must be highly organized with a proven capability to listen deeply, to coordinate and strategically prioritize conflicting needs
• Polished interpersonal and written communications expertise
• High level of proficiency in standard administrative processes and technologies
• Positive attitude, professional work ethic and sense of urgency.

Starting income/Rate
Expected hiring range: $74,000 - $85,000
Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer's good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
