Job Summary
The Program Manager leads operational and administrative management of funded scientific, research, educational, and/or serviced-related programs which includes program design and planning, and establishment and implementation of overall operating plans, budgets, policies, procedures, and standards in conformity with established program objectives. The Program Manager will also establish and develop program spending plan, collaborate and contact with external constituencies on both programmatic and administrative issues. The Program Manager will be responsible for program marketing and representation to external constituencies.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field three (3) or more years related and progressively responsible practice, including project management practice.

• capability to provide coordination, management and development of and/or implementation of projects.
• Strong interpersonal expertise and the capability to work effectively with a wide variety of constituencies in a diverse community ranging from students, faculty and staff to external constituencies.
• Excellent organizational and time management expertise and the capability to establish priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication expertise.
• Demonstrated writing and editing expertise.
• capability to work effectively with all members of campus community in the scheduling of activities.
