Help Desk Technician Responsibilities: » Manage and support the Windows Active Directory Environment, ensuring smooth operation and user access. » Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. » Provide expert network support, troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, and IP issues to ensure seamless connectivity. » Collaborate with the IT team to implement system changes efficiently and effectively. » Conduct comprehensive system testing and provide training to users as needed. » Offer hands-on implementation support for various IT projects and initiatives. » Perform additional tasks as assigned by the IT management team.
