Career NavigatorCareer NavigatorThe Career Navigator assists with the Continuing and Professional Education (CAPE) program operation by processing confidential student and course records through CRMs and other data reporting tools. The Career Navigator Interacts with, and provides assistance to, students, instructors, community partners, and employers to ensure the prosperous enrollment, retention and employment of students. The Career Navigator may require evenings and/or weekends, and recruitment at community events when necessary.Requirements:Education Required: Minimum of High School Diplomapractice Required: Three years of practice with customer service and/or working in a professional office setting handling phones, using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and utilizing Microsoft suites or Google platforms.Preferred expertise, expertise, Abilities and Worker Characteristics: Bachelor's degree Community college or higher education practice. capability to effectively establish and maintain working relationship with supervising personnel, coworkers, all constituents and the public. Perform well under pressure, within time constraints, with a high degree of accuracy, diplomacy and confidentiality. capability to coordinate work flow while dealing with multiple projects and deadlines. capability to present complex information and data in coherent fashion Must be able to travel between the college's two campuses and other sites.
