Job Summary The Administrative Coordinator assists the Director of Corporate and Foundation Philanthropy and provides administrative and operational support to the corporate and foundation team. The administrative coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative tasks, including assisting with scheduling, correspondence, travel and events planning, file and database maintenance. The administrative coordinator will also serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies. Minimum Qualifications » High School/Equivalent » 5 years of related practice or significant combination of practice, education and/or training » significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered.
