Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, operational and financial support to assigned VP Research Center Directors, Research Compliance Committees and Faculty. The Administrative Coordinator acts as the front desk receptionist, and serves as a point of contact for internal and external constituents and performs administrative tasks independently including, but not limited to, maintaining schedules, calendars, preparing for meetings, ordering supplies and making travel arrangements. The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with the database maintenance of the space and occupants of the George M Low Center for Industrial Innovation.

Minimum Qualifications
   » High School/Equivalent
   » 5 or more years of related practice or significant combination of practice, education and/or training
   » significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
   » Associate's Degree 

Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities
   » Proficient with MS Office Suite or similar word processing, spreadsheet, presentation development program, email and database applications.
