Medical SchedulerWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our team in Mount Kisco, NY. As a Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial function in ensuring our patients receive timely and accurate medical care.Medical Scheduler Qualifications required » High school diploma or equivalent » 1-2 years of practice in a medical office setting preferred » EMR/ EHR expertise preferred » Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise » Strong organizational and time management expertise » capability to work effectively in a team environment Medical Scheduler Responsibilities: » Schedule patient appointments and ensure all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately » Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information » Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member » Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained » Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient care is coordinated and efficient » Assist with administrative tasks as needed We offer a competitive pay rate of $18-$20 per hour.
