Job Location: Richmond, BC Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist Job Type: Permanent Full-time Number of Positions needed: 1 Wages: $42 per hour, 35 hours per week Benefits: 10 days paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave per year Duties and Responsibilities • Identify new clients and assess needs to recommend the right LED display solutions. • Prepare quotes, contracts, and delivery schedules to close sales. • Provide technical consulting for on-site installation and commissioning. • Deliver presentations and demos on product benefits and uses. • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential customers. • Train client staff on equipment operation and maintenance. • Troubleshoot and resolve display hardware/software issues on-site or remotely. • Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Requirements and Personal Suitability • Client-focused with a dedication to meeting needs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Reliable and consistent in delivering result Work Experience • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or services, preferably in LED display or related electronics industries Education: • A college diploma is required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or another field related to technology.
