Position: Cashier NOC: 65100 - Cashiers Number of Positions: 1 Salary: $19.00 per hour Hours: 35-40 hours per week Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible About the Company 16955151 Canada Inc., operating as Q Nails, is a nail and esthetics salon located in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. The salon provides personal care services in a professional, customer-focused environment. Position Overview Q Nails is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to process customer payments, support front-desk activities, and help maintain an organized reception and payment area. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system • Receive and process payments by cash, debit card, and credit card • Scan or enter service and product prices and provide receipts • Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with salon procedures • Calculate daily payments received and reconcile them with total sales • Prepare basic daily payment and transaction reports • Book and confirm customer appointments • Answer basic customer questions about services, prices, and appointment availability • Maintain a clean and organized reception, checkout, and payment area Job Requirements • Language: English.
