Business address: 15675 Dufferin St, King City, ON L7B 1K5 Work Location: The candidates will work at 2 of our Golf Resorts 2 of our Golf Resorts: Rocky Crest Golf Resort (20 Barnwood Drive, MacTier, ON P0C 1H0) and The Lake Joseph Club (1072 Elgin House Road Port Carling, ON, P0B 1J0) Type of Employment: Full time – Seasonal/ 6-month contract Estimated Start Date: April 20, 2027 Job Description: • Assist with landscape constructions • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants • Cut grass • Rake and collect refuse • Remove litter and garbage • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials • Lay sod or seed • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees • Maintain equipment • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment Requirements: • Education: Some secondary school is required • Experience: Minimum 6 months of golf course maintenance, turf care, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance experience required. Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling Personal suitability: Reliability, Organized, Client focus, Flexibility, Team player, Dependability Language: English is required Salary: $20.00 hourly Benefits: Shared accommodation provided at a cost (utilities included). Transportation costs covered if a worker needs to relocate. Uniforms provided at a discounted rate. Important Information: The position requires flexibility in the schedule. Rotational shifts between 5am and 3pm. The employee will work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including days, nights, extended hours and weekend hours based on business needs. Majority of the workload will take place early mornings.
