The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Job Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate processes from different perspectives.  (Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Compliance)
Engage and coordinate with the manufacturing teams to achieve efficient processes and beneficial outcomes
Establish a network of working relationships to further project engagement
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project and organizational objectives
Define change approach, milestones, success metrics, and governance structures
Integrate change management activities into overall project plans
Identify, analyze, and engage key stakeholders across the organization
Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, and project teams
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change-related matters
Conduct change impact analyses to assess effects on business processes, roles, systems, and organizational structure
Evaluate organizational readiness and identify potential risks or resistance points
Develop mitigation and risk management strategies
Design and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted communication plans
Ensure messaging effectively communicates the purpose, benefits, and impacts of change
Maintain ongoing engagement through multiple communication channels
Develop and coordinate training programs to support adoption of new processes and systems
Partner with learning teams or SMEs to create training materials and resources
Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees and managers
Coach senior leaders, managers, and project sponsors to effectively lead change initiatives
Enhance sponsor effectiveness and accountability
Support leaders in managing team transitions and addressing resistance
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for change adoption and effectiveness
Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and project teams

Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 Annual

Vacancy Status: New Vacancy. 18-Month Contract position.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Master’s degree is considered an asset
10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, organizational development or project management
Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, ERP implementations)
Prosci Change Management Certification
ADKAR or equivalent change management methodology certification
​PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is an asset
Familiarity with recognized change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
Experience with stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training development tools
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools or similar workplace collaboration platforms
