 Provide an exceptional customer experience while answering questions from members and clients about life, disability and group insurance, as well as loans and mutual fund products
🤝 Offer attentive, personalized support by proposing tailored solutions and taking a proactive advisory role to fully support members and clients
📲 Help members and clients become financially empowered by guiding them to use the digital tools available
💡 Proactively update your knowledge by strategically monitoring your area of expertise

What you bring to the table
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Work arrangements vary depending on the position and involve either telework or hybrid work. If the position is remote, you may be required to come into the office a few times each quarter. Consequently, you’ll need to be able to come into one of our call centres located at the following addresses: 450 Boul. De Maisonneuve Ouest QC H3A 0H2 ou 4545, av. Pierre-De-Coubertin, Montréal QC H1V 0B2
