We, Pho Huong Viet, are looking for Restaurant Assistant Manager (permanent / full-time position) to join our professional team! Job title: Restaurant Assistant Manager (NOC 60030) Vacancies: 1 Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time; Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours Wage: $36 to 38 per hour for 30-40 hours/week Location: 3855 17 Ave SW, Calgary, Alberta, T3E 0C3 Expected Start Date: ASAP Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance • Analyze and maintain budget to maximize the restaurant’s profits. • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget • Track income to evaluate and control labor expenses. • Assist in recruiting, train, supervise, and monitor staff performance • Plan work schedules and monitor staff performance • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively. • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies. • Address customers’ complaints or concerns and deliver excellent service.
