Electronic Assembler / SoldererEthan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking an Electronic Assembler / Solderer for their client located in Poughkeepsie, NY.The Electronic Assembler reads work orders, bills of materials, blueprints, schematics and other written or verbal instructions to determine best assembly method and assemble electronic components according to specifications. You must be familiar with surface mount technology , electronic components and SMT assembly processes. The Assembler must have: » Soldering practice! » High School Diploma or equivalent » Associate degree in electro-mechanical technology or a trade school specializing in mechanics preferred or equivalent work practice » Computer expertise » capability to use hand tools » capability to read blueprints, schematics and bill of materials » capability to lift at least 30lbs This is a temp-to-hire first shift position, Monday-Friday paying $17 per hour.
