Director of Nursing General Requirements: » Valid RN license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree are essential. » A Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred. » Demonstrated practice in clinical supervision, with 2-3 years preferably within the field of OPWDD (Office for People With Developmental Disabilities) or Mental Health. » Strong leadership abilities expertise with a focus on mentorship, team development, and effective communication. » Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
