Company operating name: FDS CONSTRUCTION Business address: 16 Canso Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 4L8 Title of the position: CONCRETE FORMS CARPENTER We are hiring two (2) experienced Formwork Carpenters for a large variety of projects. Projects are architectural, foundations, and structural for ICI building structures. Features include: concrete foundations, underground parking, wall systems, suspended slabs, stair systems, pillars, retaining walls, bridge and infrastructure construction. Horizontal surfaces such as sidewalks, walkways and curbs. Job duties: Read and interpret drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Rebar installation Erect and dismantle concrete forms Direct placement of concrete into forms or surfaces Leveling and screeding the surface concrete level or grade Operate power vibrators to compact concrete Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools Terms of employment: This is a permanent position, 40 hours of work per week Seasonal position: No Language of work: Workplace English Wage: $36/hour Benefits: N/A Bonuses/Commission: N/A Location(s) of work: Various locations Contact information: apply with a resume to Skills requirements (includes education and work experience) Education: Secondary School Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete forms carpentry Skills:
