Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required Education Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Knowledge and Abilities Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas. Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement. Ability to initiate and exercise critical thinking and decision-making Demonstrated independent nursing judgment in a community-based environment Demonstrates effective relationships with staff, patients/clients, and families Knowledge in nursing process Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships Other Information Utilization of electronic medical records is an asset Community nursing experience is an asset Skills:
