Expected Start Date: November 01, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Nokomis Health Centre City/Town: Nokomis Department: Long Term Care Nursing Unit Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 01, 2027 FTE: 0.5 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends, Standby Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Description: The Clinical Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager, is primarily accountable for the system navigation and coordination of patient flow on the nursing unit. This is achieved by the Coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling.
