Develop sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and economic conditions. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to present sales performance metrics to management and stakeholders. Conduct research to understand market conditions, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to guide sales strategies. Evaluate pricing strategies and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability and market share. Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions. Assist in developing sales strategies and business plans by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives. Provide training and insights to sales teams regarding data interpretation and effective use of analytics tools to improve performance.
