Based in Belœil, this hybrid role of Senior Designer and Team Lead places you at the center of a major technological transition: the shift from AutoCAD to the Revit/BIM environment.

Responsibilities
Your technical and leadership mandate

Modular design: Model, design, and "slice" structural plans (wood, steel, or hybrid) into ultra-precise prefabricated modules.

Absolute quality control: Meticulously review and validate every assembly detail produced by your team before the official launch into manufacturing.

Active mentorship: Guide, train, and elevate the technical skills of your three technicians (juniors and intermediates).

BIM deployment: Lead the integration and transition of drafting processes from AutoCAD to Revit in synergy with the BIM Manager.

Internal expertise: Act as the exclusive consulting expert for the architecture, estimating, and procurement departments.ams.

Qualifications
The required professional background

Proven experience: 5 to 10+ years in a role as a Senior Structural Draftsperson or Designer in building structures.

Education: Vocational diploma (DEP), college diploma (DEC), or Bachelor's degree in building drafting, architecture, or civil engineering.

Software mastery: Excellent command of AutoCAD and a strong aptitude for 3D modeling. Mastery or a strong practical understanding of Revit is a strategic asset.

Specific asset: Any prior experience in modular construction or prefabrication will greatly accelerate your integration.
