Do You Love Kids!Lead Toddler TeacherWe are seeking for a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide quality education and care to our students. The prosperous candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning , developing lesson plans, and providing individualized instruction to ensure each child reaches their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children, excellent communication expertise and the capability to create a safe and nurturing environment.Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children ages 18months-3years old - Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development. - Provide a safe and secure environment for children to explore and grow. - Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress. - Monitor and assess each child's development and provide individualized support as needed. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and engaging learning environment. - Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones. Qualifications required Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA Preferred: First Aid/CPR Certification for Adults and Pediatrics practice: - Previous practice working with preschool-aged children is preferred. - expertise of early childhood development principles and practices. - Familiarity with educational curricula, including math, physical education, and tutoring techniques. - Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written. - capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
