Property Maintenance TechnicianProperty Maintenance Technician position available in Mahopac, NY with a well-established commercial retail chain. Maintenance type work doing basic repairs in existing retail locations . Qualified candidates will have practice doing basic property repairs in the typical trades: plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, light carpentry . Must be skilled with hand and power tools. Company vehicle will be provided, dispatching from regional headquarters.
