Property Maintenance Technician - $60K Per YearProperty Maintenance Technician position available with a strong income, health & financial benefits with a well-established real-estate development firm with a portfolio of residential assets located in northwest Dutchess County. The position requires residential property maintenanceexpertise. The maintenance tech will be responsible for basic residential repairs, light plumbing, light carpentry, and general outdoor seasonal maintenance. For the motivated handyman, this is a home-run opportunity . Candidates outside of a reasonable commute to Northwestern Dutchess county will not be considered for the position.income: $60,000.00 Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits as well as a 401k match up to 4%.
