MEMBER practice SPECIALISTIf you thrive on providing exceptional member service and are searching for growth opportunities within the financial services field, inquire today about joining our team as a Member practice Specialist!Responsibilites include (but are not limited to): » Providing excellent member service to our members while processing everyday member and shared branch member transactions. » everyday balancing of cash drawer and incoming checks. » Performing account research and responding to telephone inquiries. » Working together with the branch team to resolve member questions/transaction decisions and escalating to the branch manager as needed. » Opening and closing membership accounts, shares and share certificates. » Assisting the loan department with the capability to educate members regarding basic loan products and being able to accept applications if the Loan agent is unavailable. » Helping members using electronic services, including online banking, bill pay, our mobile app and mobile deposit. » Using active listening expertise to provide cross-service / education about credit union products and services that would benefit the member Qualifications required » Prior customer service and cash handling practice required. » Basic knowledge and prior practice with basic lending products preferred. » Must have availcapability to work Monday - Saturday (when scheduled for a Saturday a half day off is granted during the week). » Branch location for this job offer to be determined - must be able to travel to either location.
