Software Solutions Sales Representative

FasTrax Solutions is seeking a motivated and practiced Software Sales Representative to join our Rock Hill, NY team with a focus on selling credit card processing and point of sale solutions for retail merchandise specializing in age verification technology and smoke shop items. The right applicant will possess high energy and a passion for opportunity discovery and problem solving. The desire to completely lgain our software products and their implementations in our supported industries is a must.
Responsibilities:
   » Development, validation, qualification, and closing of sales opportunities
   » Proactively manage and grow accounts from the leads accrued and provided
   » Understand and demonstrate a technical knowledge of industry concepts and market trends.
   » Create opportunities from leads obtained through a variety of channels, including trade shows, websites, email, phone, and on-site visits.
   » Respond and maintain accountcapability for customer needs and requests
   » Work with applicable departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and communication of customer needs for system staging, implementation, and training
   » Meet and exceed revenue and account retention targets
   » Research industries and market to build additional potential opportunities
   » Detailing the life cycle of leads via customer relationship management (CRM)
   » Occasional travel for trade shows
Qualifications required
   » Previous professional practice in a software support, development, and/or sales position
   » Must be able to travel
   » Team player with high integrity, character, and credibility
   » Strong leadership abilities, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
   » Strong facilitation and communication expertise
   » High energy level, a sense of urgency, decisiveness, and the capability to work well under pressure
   » Proven leadership abilities in originating and closing sales opportunities
   » Initiative in prospective opportunities
   » Familiarity with CRM platforms
