They currently are looking to bring on Account Managers, and my client is targeting local candidates that are computer savvy, able to multitask in the digital space, and keep customers updated on order progress. Most of the communication will be done through email, so having prior practice working through CRM systems would be a major plus to your candidacy. The Account Manager will have the following skill set: » Strong communication expertise (Written and verbal) » Have proven capability to work efficiently on computers » capability to lgain and work through our CRM system (Tech Savvy) » Prior practice working with customers to ensure their needs are met » capability to commute to our site in Poughkeepsie everyday as this is an onsite position This Account Manager will have the following Responsibilities: » Manage orders of designated domestic territory » Keep customers up to date on order progress/delays » Communicate efficiently and effectively to manufacturing team to maintain a smooth process » Developing new business » Support customers’ needs Skills:
