Position Details: »Type: Per-Diem with Set Schedules (Part-Time / Full-Time) »Compensation: $18/hour »Availcapability: Weekends may be required »Status: Temp-to-Hire »Setting: Residential Group Home for Adults and Children (on-campus) Residential Group Home Aide Responsibilities: » Provide compassionate care and supervision to residents. » Assist with everyday living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities. » Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents. » Collaborate with team members to implement care plans and activities. Residential Group Home Aide Qualifications required » A caring and patient demeanor with a commitment to helping others. » Previous practice in residential care or a similar setting is a plus but not required. » Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
