School Nurse (LPN - Direct Hire)School Nurse (LPN – Direct Hire)Job location: Poughkeepsie, NY Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pay Rate: $32 - $36/hour We are pursuing a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Poughkeepsie on a direct hire basis! In this function, you’ll support the health and well-being of our students while working in a collaborative and caring environment. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Include: » Maintain accurate health records and documentation » Assist with coordinating necessary medical care for children » Monitor and address children’s day-to-day health needs » Administer medications and carry out physicians’ orders » Promote preventive healthcare and personal hygiene practices » Provide care for sick or injured children and assess immediate needs » Collaborate with staff and families to support student health Position Highlights: »$32 - $36 per hour »Direct hire, full-time opportunity »Excellent benefits package: » 12 paid holidays (1.5x pay if working on a holiday) » 4 weeks of PTO » Additional benefits available!
