Apply now! **this job offer not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization** Job Summary The Business Support Analyst III (BSAIII) plays a key function in supporting the strategic initiatives of the Institute Advancement (IA) team by providing advanced business analysis, project management, and system support. The BSAIII optimizes fundraising operations, analyzes donor data, and ensures the efficient use of technology to enhance donor engagement and fundraising results. The BSA III works closely with IA staff, internal Information Technology partners, and external vendors to align fundraising technology solutions with the Institute's mission. The BSAIII also leverages complex technology and applications to meet the business needs of Institute Advancement, and is responsible for continual evaluation and system improvement, data governance, application deployment and training, upgrade coordination, system integrations and troubleshooting. Minimum Qualifications » Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science » Three (3) years practice in business analysis and system administration within a fundraising environment, using Anthology's Encompass (formerly known as iModules), Ellucian's Advance or related Higher Education Software » Proficiency with CRM systems, such as, Ellucian, Blackbaud, or Salesforce significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered. ** this job offer is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization ** Preferred Qualifications » practice with Business Intelligence concepts and tools and report writing software » practice in Project Management » expertise of data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities » Proficiency in working with enterprise level applications. capability to design, implement, research and analyze data » Strong SQL expertise for querying and data manipulation » expertise of fundraising processes and donor lifecycle management » Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions » capability to communicate and cooperate effectively with colleagues and users in a diverse environment » capability to work both independently and as a team member Shift Business Hours: Monday - Friday Starting income/Rate Expected hiring range: $68,000 - $75,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials.
