adjunct Clinical DirectorPOSITION OVERVIEW» Participate as a leader in meetings related to the provision of mental health services to children and their families.» Manage the everyday operations of the Day Treatment Program. Create a positive work environment in which staff are empowered, respected, valued, and practice their function in fulfilling the agency mission. » Coordinate policy and program planning activities with other agency staff. » Participate in Executive Educational leadership abilities Team. » Participate in CANS implementation meetings. » Participate in Day Treatment/NHS management and organizational planning meetings. » Provide consultation to intra-agency service providers and to community service providers. » Maintain liaisons with community Mental health and local school districts regarding mental health services. » Provide steady oversight of the program while participating in transformational efforts for this program as NRFS plans for services to be carved into managed care.
