Essential Responsibilities and tasks: 1. Provide administrative support for assigned committees and academic affairs leadership abilities, including data management and distribution, scheduling, record-keeping, file management and archiving. 2. Manage confidential and sensitive information related to faculty review processes. 3. Coordinate the administration of course evaluations. 4. AY 25-26 detail: Assist the Office of College Grants & Sponsored Programs with key pre- and post-award tasks including, but not limited to, announcements and website maintenance, proposal and award tracking, accounting, reporting, award maintenance, monitoring and assigning compliance activities and trainings and budget modifications. Note: The nature of the academic year detail will be evaluated annually and could change over time depending on the needs of Academic Affairs offices. 5. Contribute ideas, input, and support to Academic Affairs initiatives, decisions, communications, and other activities. Seek out, apply, and share expertise of administrative trends and innovations. Qualifications required 1. Associates Degree and 3-5 years of administrative support practice, and/or a combination of significant education, training, certifications, and/or work practice. practice working in a higher education and especially a small liberal arts environment is preferred. 2. practice and expertise in reading and writing of programmatic and guideline documents. 3. capability to complete tasks independently under general supervision with excellent judgment, accuracy, discretion, professionalism, and attention to form and detail. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat. 5. Compensation: The expected rate for this job offer is $22.50-24.00 per hour. Except for functions with a set rate of pay, the wage/income of the finalist selected for this function will be set located on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, practice, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
