Newly remodeled, state of the art facility offering both post-acute and long term care. We are seeking for a full-time and part-time day RN Admissions Nurse.tasks and Responsibilities: Facilitate admission to patients in a care setting to provide nursing care. Nurse and tend patients upon admission. Assess and evaluate patient’s health for nursing care. Develop healthcare nursing plans in coordination with the clinicians or doctors. Coordinate with other nursing staff and healthcare team to provide nursing care. Ensure safe and compassionate nursing care to our residents. Interact with patients and their families in providing health and nursing care. Ensure compliance of admission nurse activities with the standards of quality healthcare.
