Job responsibilities as a Cheese Maker Associate include making mozzarella from curds, forming curds into desired sizes and shapes, organizing preparation and scheduling products to be made for the day, as well as other tasks as required. We would prefer someone with cheese practice, but we will train the right candidate. Excellent customer service expertise and a friendly disposition are important!
