Job Summary The Environmental Specialist will maintain Institute standards of cleanliness in assigned areas to include but not limited to residence halls, apartments, academic buildings, classrooms, athletic/recreational facilities, offices, and service areas. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated reliable work history Preferred Qualifications Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities • capability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic • capability to follow written and verbal instructions in English • capability to work independently and as a member of a team • Good communication and customer service expertise • capability to comply with standing instructions provided by operating manuals, material safety data sheets, safety rules and regulations for personal protection and safety regarding equipment and chemical usage. • capability to operate cleaning equipment and sanitizing dispensing units. • Must have the capability to work flexible hours which may include, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. • Basic expertise of computers Preferred expertise, Skill, and Abilities None Shift Environmental Services: Various Shifts TravelNo travel Driving No driving Application instructions Follow the on-screen prompts to create an application.
