Listing description
The adjunct Director is responsible for recruiting and marketing the College to prospective students through the implementation of recruitment strategies, conducting interview and attending job fairs, among other activities.  The recruitment process is a goal-driven process and the adjunct Director is responsible for meeting process goals. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
   » Recruit and market the College to prospective students through travel, tele counseling, and personal counselor communication.
   » Attend college fairs and make individual visits to high schools in targeted geographical areas.
   » Provide in-depth advice regarding service, academic, and co-curricular offerings to families and students.
   » Implement recruitment strategies as defined in counselor meetings to meet projected enrollment goals, including a student application file completion rate of no less than 80% (withhold holds) by February and an approximate yield rate of 13%.
   » Develop and maintain significant relationships with key secondary school constituents and members of the community within your given territory.
   » Track, monitor, and report performance goals with the team and the Director of Undergraduate Admissions.
   » Prioritize tasks, manage monthly goals, and report results using the CRM.
   » Submit all inquiry cards within 24 hours of return to campus to operations/data-entry to ensure immediate turn-around in marketing communication to students.
   » Arrange and conduct individual interviews with students, as well as organize information sessions for large groups and visit days.
   » Call prospective students and candidates to encourage campus visits, discuss financial aid, and complete application files. Maintain appropriate follow-up with these students regarding their admission application status, financial aid, and matriculation.
   » Set-up and schedule all travel for college fairs and private visits.
   » Meet with students and families following individual campus tours to generate interest, answer questions, and promote/build the relationship.
   » Maintain contact with students through social networking.
   » Conduct campus tours (as requested).
   » Work assigned weekend and evening events, as well as all on-campus admissions events.
   »
Turn in all expense reports in a timely fashion for expense management.
   »
Other tasks as assigned.
General Requirements:
   » Bachelor's Degree required.
   » Outstanding written and verbal communication expertise.
   » Strong analytical expertise.
   » capability to work with minimum supervision, take initiative, and remain open to feedback.
   » Previous work in admissions and/or higher education is preferred.
   » capability to collaborate with other members of the team and Saint Rose community. 
   » capability to articulate the mission and values of the College to parents, students, and other members of the community
   » capability to meet or exceed personal and team goals by following the strategic plan set forth by the Director of Undergraduate Admissions. 
   » Strong capability to multitask while continuing to offer excellent service to all students.
   » capability to execute work with the utmost attention to detail, professionalism, and focus. 
   » Intermediate level computer expertise using a Windows located operating system, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook, including work with spreadsheets and presentations.
   » A valid and clear driver's license and the capability to travel broadly within the assigned territory.
   » capability to work evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis.
   » Bi-lingual language expertise are preferred.
   » Prior practice working with a diverse group of individuals is preferred.
Additional Information:
This is an Full Time, Full Year, In person position. this job offer requires flexibility of schedule to include frequent travel and evening and weekend hours, especially during the recruitment season of September-April.
income Range $45,000-$50,000 annually.
