Responsible for supervising, evaluating, counseling, and coaching care members on assigned units. » Responsible for identifying and resolving problems at the unit level. Keeps the Director of Nursing/adjunct Director of Nursing informed of resident's status through verbal communication and written reports. » Makes everyday rounds, visits every floor of responsibility, and checks acutely ill residents, admissions, and follows up on residents. » Performs periodic audit of charting and documentation. Assures proper execution of physician's orders. » Deals effectively, professionally, and tactfully with resident and family concerns. » Submits weekly and monthly reports on statistics, meetings, and other pertinent information. » Attends continuing education classes, seminars, workshops to maintain professional competency. income: $45.8366 per hour Qualifications Qualifications required » 2 years of practice in Nursing Administration required » Current NY State LPN license. suitable education » Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Skills:
