Front Desk Receptionist (PERDIEM WEEKENDS ONLY)

Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a Five-Star , 280 bed nursing facility located in Ulster County. Newly remodeled, state of the art facility offering both post-acute and long term care. 
Currently seeking perdiem receptionist for 4p-8p weekends only and a assigned holiday group..
   » Must be able to multi-task in a busy work environment, reliable and organized
   » Have exceptional customer service expertise
   » Answering and transferring phone calls to the appropriate department
   » Monitoring all visitors that enter and exit the building
   » Receiving cash deposits and basic cash handling expertise required
   » everyday sorting of the mail
   » Assisting in basic administrative tasks
   » Distribute paychecks to staff bi-weekly
Prior front office/receptionist practice a plus.
