We handle jobs of all sizes for private parties and municipalities, and our diverse team doesn’t rest until the work is done.We are pursuing full-time Asphalt and Construction Site Laborers to assist in paving operations and site work construction in Dutchess County, NY. As an Asphalt Laborer and member of our paving crew, you will shovel and rake asphalt, run asphalt screed, and perform occasional flagging work. As a Construction Laborer and member of our site crew, you will shovel and rake stone, install drainage, water, and sewer pipe, and perform other construction site work. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications): » Current/ recent practice in outdoor construction, or similar function » Previous asphalt/ blacktop practice is strongly preferred » Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to job sites directly » Physically able to work on your feet all day, outside in extreme weather conditions » Motivated, “can-do” attitude What You’ll Get (Perks & Benefits): » Excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and advance in the company » Comprehensive benefits, including 50% company paid health premiums for the employee » Paid holidays and vacation » 401(k), and more!
