Lgain more at Job Summary The OSAT Project Administrator will serve as a central operations lead across RPI Ventures, supporting integrated activities spanning intellectual property (IP), entrepreneurship programming, technology transactions, and early-stage venture support, utilizing strong organizational expertise and the capability to manage a broad, dynamic portfolio of programs and tasks. The Project Administrator will work closely with RPI Ventures leadership abilities and staff to ensure efficient execution of events, communications, administrative workflows, and stakeholder engagement. tasks include: Minimum Qualifications Must be a current employee at RPI and meet the following criteria: » Bachelor's Degree in significant field » 3 or more years in program administration, event coordination, or project management, or any title providing you with exposure to the tasks of the position listed in the job summary » significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered. Internal candidates must have been in their current positions for at least 6 months, with a most recent evaluation rating of prosperous or better. Preferred Qualifications » Familiarity with intellectual property administration and/or entrepreneurship support » Professional practice in higher education Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities » Strong organizational and multitasking expertise with a demonstrated capability to manage complex workflows » Excellent written and verbal communication expertise » Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration platforms » Strong interpersonal expertise and the capability to work effectively with a wide variety of constituencies » capability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives » capability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals Shift Business Hours: Monday - Friday TravelLocal travel between campus locations only Driving Incidental driving possible, but not required Starting income/Rate Expected hiring range: $62,000 - $75,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials.
