Payroll ClerkJob TypeFull-time - Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) - Clifton Park Site Pay Rate - starting at $40,000 depending on practice and education Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2 or more years of office practice preferred, payroll practice is a plus Requires attention to detail Willing to train the right candidate, an individual that is highly motivated and willing to learn Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) • Managing the bi-weekly payroll process through Paycom by monitoring time clock punches and time off requests. • Verifying timesheets, calculating necessary deductions, and updating employee information in the payroll system and spreadsheets. • Entering I9 information and maintaining binder. • Preparing and entering the Payroll Journal Entry into QuickBooks. • Preparing monthly bills and yearly 1094’s and 1095’s.
