Finance/Payment Processing ClerkFinance/Payment Processing ClerkWe are seeking for a Finance/Payment processing Clerk to take on various administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing bills, and delivering high-quality customer service. We are seeking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong math expertise and the capability to multi-task efficiently. You should be trustworthy and an excellent communicator. Your goal will be to ensure our accounting procedures run smoothly.Responsibilities: Process bills, checks, receipts, lockbox payments and other documents -Monitor financial transactions -Enter data and maintain updated records -Communicate with clients and colleagues as needed -Report the status of accounts and discrepancies to manager or management team -Record deposits accurately and in a timely manner -Proven practice as a Finance Clerk -Lockbox practice a plus -expertise of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions -Any other tasks as assigned General Requirements: suitable education Associates Degree or proven related work practice practice: -Team Player -expertise of MS Office and databases -Proficient expertise with Excel -Attention to detail -Organizational and multitasking abilities -Excellent verbal and written communication expertise -Relicapability and strong work ethics -capability to think critically and solve problems Skills:
