Job Summary
The Production Coordinator will plan and coordinate production operations (stage, audio, video, IT) for assigned projects that come into the EMPAC facility. The Production Coordinator will have broad communications and interaction with internal and external customers in order to plan events.
This is a 30 hour per week (on average, 0.75 FTE) position, and the incumbent will be eligible for participation in health insurance and retirement plan.

Minimum Qualifications
   » High school diploma or equivalent
   » Five (5) or more years in related practice with performance arts/media event planning, productions, or management of multi-media events.

Preferred Qualifications
   » practice in a general operations function in a production environment
   » Valid US Driver license

Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities
   » Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and other specialized software and applications.

Business Hours with weekends or evenings occasionally required

Starting income/Rate
Expected hiring range: $20.00 - $23.00/hr
