Our goal at LS Building Products is to be the premier distributor of building materials in our markets, and to provide superior customer service and professional support to those we serve. Our service technicians are an integral part of providing superior service to our existing customers. JOB tasks: · Inspect windows, doors, and cabinets and perform any necessary repairs or replacements · Obtain any necessary parts for repair or replacement · Work with internal support to maintain service schedule · Ensure service vehicle is clean and maintained REQUIRED expertise: · General expertise of construction, including window, door and cabinet installation and repair · Communication expertise – verbal and written · Able to work independently and as part of a team · capability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment · Highly organized · Drivers License with clean driving record Type of employment: Full-time COMPENSATION: · Starting at $20/hr (depending on expertise and practice) · Potential annual performance bonus BENEFITS: · Health insurance (industry low single and family premiums) · Dental, vision and life insurance · Paid time off · 401(k) w/ match suitable education High School or Equivalent practice : 3 Years construction and/or window, door, and cabinet installation/service practice (preferred) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting, standing, walking, reaching for extended periods of time Type of employment: Full-time Benefits: » 401(k) matching » Dental insurance » Employee discount » Health insurance » Life insurance » Paid time off » Vision insurance Skills:
