Marketing Coordinator - Calico Wallpaper - Hybrid/RemoteMarketing CoordinatorListing description Marketing CoordinatorReports to: Marketing Director Summary of Position: The Marketing Coordinator will be committed to big ideas, innovative thinking, and helping Calico Wallpaper share their story and improve its social media presence. You will work alongside the companies’ marketing and sales team—reporting to the Marketing Director—to deliver digital campaigns across all digital and social platforms. this function is local to the Hudson Valley and is hybrid. The candidate must be able to work in our East Chatham, NY studio alongisde our Design Director and Co-Founder to create behind the scenes content 1-2 days per week. The remaining 3-4 days per week can be remote. tasks and Responsibilities: Content Creation: » Ideate and develop innovative digital and social content at Calico’s Hudson Valley studio incorporating, written copy, online video, photo, illustration and graphics that share Calico Wallpaper’s story. » Work with the team to craft and curate visual assets and social content strategies that tell a consistent and compelling story by improving brand consciousness, recognition, favorcapability, and growth objectives across key audiences. » Produce, shoot, edit, illustrate content for social platforms as well as write effective copy for content postings across social channels. » Execute content across social and web (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.) and video for growth and engagement. » Responsible for intimately knowledge and researching and staying current on the social landscape and being aware of technological advancements and capabilities within this space. » Work with the Marketing Director to create an archive of product imagery, and assist with other marketing projects including but not limited to the creation of email newsletters, influencer project support, and basic marketing tasks. Required expertise » 2-3 years social practice with comprehensive digital/social media practice; ideally in the arts and design industry. » Portfolio of published pieces across platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikToK » Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, Video and Photo equipment from Camera gear to lighting, Content Management systems. » An excellent communicator and storyteller. » Possesses a strong sense of visual style. » Strong insight into social communication trends and projections. » Feels confident ideating and executing campaigns across all digital channels from social media to web. » Calm under pressure and thrive working under tight timeframes. » Has a passion for the digital space and intimately understands advancements and technology across all platforms and channels. » Demonstrates capability to collaborate with cross-functional departments and peers. » Has an affinity for the design industry and the capability to understand appropriate tone, voice and topics that will engage our audience in a significant way. income Range: $50,000 - $65,000 located on practice Please send an email including cover letter and resume embedded into the email to Email address: careers@calicowallpaper.com In your cover letter, please include the following: » Why your past practice is a good fit for this job offer » Why you want to work at Calico » Two to three professional references » Where you seek marketing trends and inspiration in the Design Space About Calico Wallpaper: https://calicowallpaper.com/ Calico Wallpaper began with the inspiration to move art beyond the frame and incorporate its elements into everyday interior spaces.
