Job responsibilities as a Prepared Food manager includes assisting the Prepared Food Manager and adjunct Manager with cooking and supervision of the department. You must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and one weekend day. candidates must have managery practice and be at least 18 years old. Professional cooking practice is required. A culinary education is a plus.
